Today's training:
Part 1: Squat Wendler, 5's

8 Knees to elbow
@ 90-95% effort
Results:
Part 1: @195x5,225x5,255#x8

Low burpee set was 7
and
4 round + 4 snatch. Felt good but was feeling pretty destroyed from Wed training. Turned out to be a much more CNS demanding workout than I had anticipated.
