Squatting + Snatching

@ 145x2, 155 + OHS x 5 w/155#.

1 Full snatch every 30 sec for 15 min w/ 95# and 115#.  Wanted to work on technique and speed.   Realized I was too far forward on the toes, moved weight back to BOF and was very smooth and fast.
