Deadlift @325x5, 345x3, 365x7
B: Bench 3x3 rest 90 sec @ 165# (moderate effort)
C: Bench 3x3 rest 3 min @ 185#x2,190# (tough effort)
D: Muscle up into 5 ring dips x 5 sets, rest 1 min.  complete
