Strength Training + Elite

Yesterday's Training:
A1: Bench 195#x5; 0 rest
A2: Pullups (set 1: 5@40X1 tempo, set 2: 15 1/2 kip, set 3: 20 butterfly) rest 3 min x 3 sets
B: Squat - few sets of box squats, built to 225#, Back squat 245x5, 275x5. Immediately upon finishing last set AMRAP ring dips - 25
